La France publie sa liste des perturbateurs endocriniens
Le 12 octobre dernier, la France a publié au Journal Officiel de la République Française, trois arrêtés qui fixe à la fois la liste des substances jugées comme perturbateurs endocriniens, défini le champ d’application pour mettre à disposition l’information de la présence de ces substances dans les produits, enfin le troisième et dernier précisant le contenu de l’information.
Ces trois arrêtés permettent la mise en application d’une des dispositions de la loi relative à l’Anti gaspillage et à l’Economie Circulaire (dite loi AGEC) prévoyant que « toute personne qui met sur le marché des produits qui, au terme de leur fabrication, comportent des substances dont l’Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail (ANSES) qualifie les propriétés de perturbation endochrinienne d’avérées ou présumées met à la disposition du public par voie électronique, dans un format ouvert, aisément réutilisable et exploitable par un système de traitement automatisé, pour chacun des produits concernés, les informations permettant d’identifier la présence de telles substances dans ces produits.
